Conception and implementation of IT infrastructure solutions at our customers – with high standards of structure, reliability and detail expert advice from sales and customers on technical issues, including the development of individually tailored solutions – with particular emphasis on network architecture and firewalling Priority planning and implementation of virtualization environments (including Proxmox VE, VMware, Hyper-V) including migration scenarios between the platforms and highly available storage connection (e.g. Ceph, ZFS, SAN/NAS) Conception and protection of network and firewall infrastructures with our customers, including segmentation, VPN connections and advice on security-relevant network architectures Takeover of project responsibility over the entire cycle – from the first idea to the successful go-live Close, practical cooperation with manufacturers and technology partners, which is used specifically for the implementation of customer projects Participation in planning, operation and further development of our own data center in Stuttgart Knowledge transfer across departments – in exchange with colleagues and in direct contact with customers Both independent work and team work in a young team Varied and creative work on technologically demanding topics

Complete study or training in the IT field as well as many years of experience as a system engineer, ideally in an IT system house Found experience in design, migration and implementation of IT infrastructures, in particular in the field of virtualization (Proxmox VE, VMware, Hyper-V), as well as in storage, compute and backup In-depth knowledge in the field of networking and firewalling (e.g. routing, VLAN segmentation, VPN, common firewall platforms), which are also used safely in the technical advice of our customers Very good knowledge of Windows and Linux environments as well as in the database and application environment Practical experience in cooperation with manufacturers and partners that can be specifically introduced into customer projects Embossed customer and sales understanding Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation with a view to opportunities in the customer environment Sovereign and binding appearance as well as clear communication at eye level with customers, partners and colleagues Joy in cross-departmental cooperation and active sharing of know-how to colleagues and customers Excellent knowledge of the German language English in Word and Scripture Basic business knowledge is desirable
