you have professional experience in trade and leadership and keep the overview even in hectic times with a high level of enthusiasm, you are constantly increasing customer satisfaction with your team you think and trade entrepreneurship, are agile, performance-oriented and pay-affin you organize your work effectively and aspires proactively and predictively you are open to innovations and changes and actively promote them with us you communicate with your team, customers and customers you go ahead and keep your team at eye level, you recognize potentials and promote them in your city you are well connected and successfully develop cooperation with trade associations, schools and libraries
