You act as a Business Partner Controlling (all genders) for the Group Vice President and advise on strategic and commercial decisions You work data-based and run KPIs to implement the corporate strategy You evaluate and control innovation projects (business cases, prioritization, performance tracking) You are responsible for managing and developing Sales Coordination & Sales Excellence (Forecasting, Pipeline, Performance Analysis) You analyze and optimize customer profitability as well as development and implementation of pricing strategies You take care of controlling and evaluating marketing and go-to-market activities in terms of efficiency and ROI You ensure the implementation of strategic initiatives (Roadmap Execution, Tracking, Action Control) You support M&A projects (target evaluation, financial modeling, due diligence, integration) You develop reporting, controlling and analysis tools for decision support

Graduate in Business Administration (B.Sc./Master) or Business Engineering with a focus on controlling or comparable training 7 years plus professional experience in controlling an internationally oriented industrial company, preferably in producing food environment Ideally experience with M&A projects Strategic thinking combined with operational implementation strength Strong analytical and conceptual skills and high number affinity Impressed communication and consulting capabilities at management level Ability to prepare complex facts concisely and derive recommendations for action High self-initiative and earnings orientation Safe handling of common controlling tools and BI systems Structured, solution-oriented operation and high team capacity German and English skills SAP S/4HANA knowledge of advantage
