In the project management team, you develop solutions for the further development and agile transformation of the branch as well as overall organisation. They identify and realize potentials of our branch with regard to, for example, digitalization, sustainability and organisational development. They are responsible for the installation of new customers as well as the holistic supervision of the Go Live and the transfer to the daily business. They lead projects to success in cooperation with the department and branch management.

You have gained a completed business studies (BA/FH/Uni) and first experience in forwarding or logistics. At best, they bring initial experience in project management. They have very good English language skills and at best knowledge of another European foreign language (French/Spanish). They have a very good communication capability and a pronounced creativity. They appreciate honest feedback, understand the need for changes in the VUCA world and bring an agile mindset.
