Head of Team Health, Environment & Management Energy Networks * (m/f/d)

You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the team Health, Environment and HSEQ Management Systems and develop it in a targeted manner. You create clear structures, set priorities and strengthen your own responsibility in the team. You shape the strategic orientation of your area of responsibility and boost sustainable, effective development – both in terms of content and culture. As a guide force, you're looking for orientation in a challenging environment: You meet clear decisions, represent them sovereignly and ensure their consistent implementation. You act as a central interface to internal and external stakeholders within the HanseWerk Group as well as in the E.ON Group and align different interests – even in challenging voting processes. You work closely and trustfully with the teams for occupational safety and technical quality management. You represent your area in committees and working circles and position it professionally and convincingly. You support open, performance-oriented cooperation in the team, identify potentials and support your employees in their development. At the same time, you are responsible for liability and clarity in cooperation. Together with your team, you are responsible for topics related to environmental and health protection and management systems and ensure their effective integration into the organization.

You have a degree with a focus on energy (e.g. economic engineering, environmental sciences, health management or comparable) as well as several years of leadership experience. Your strong leadership skills are crucial. You are a sovereign leader who also gives orientation in complex and dynamic situations, makes decisions and consistently represents them. You convince by clear communication, enforcement strength and a safe occurrence at all levels – even in challenging coordination with different stakeholders. You understand how to moderate different interests, draw clear lines and advance sustainable solutions at the same time. You lead with clarity and empathy: you demand, promote and create an environment that balances performance, responsibility and cooperation. You work structured, targeted and with a high degree of self-responsibility as well as decision-making pleasure. You are sure to use common IT applications, have very good German skills and ideally English knowledge. Driving licence class B and readiness to travel are required.
