Do you have training in the heating and sanitation sector and would like to use your technical know-how in object care? Then we have the right position for you! For our customers in Leipzig, we are looking for a homemaster with training in the heating and sanitation sector (m/w/d). They maintain a solid object and ensure that the technical systems work reliably.

♪ Your future task:

• Own-sponsored support and monitoring of a solid building site
• implementation of small repairs and technical maintenance and maintenance work
• Regular control of heating, sanitary and household equipment
• Localisation and elimination of small technical defects and malfunctions
• Coordination and support of external maintenance and craftsmen
• Implementation of general tasks in the technical building service
• Contact person for technical questions about the object
• Documentation of the work carried out and notification of major repair needs

Your profile for the Hausmeister job with training in the heating and sanitary area (m/w/d):

• Completed training as plant mechanic SHK (m/w/d), heating manufacturer (m/w/d), gas and water installer (m/w/d) or a comparable craft qualification
• Professional experience in the field of building technology, master care or facility management is advantageous
• Good technical understanding and craftsmanship
• Self-employed, structured and responsible work
• Friendly appearance and pronounced service orientation
• Reliability and joy in versatile technical tasks

Our offer for you:

• hourly wage from €19.50, depending on qualifications and professional experience
• Indefinite employment contract within the framework of the transfer of employees
• Regular working hours in the day shift
• Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:30
• Festival site in Leipzig – no changing objects
• Planned takeover into an unlimited working relationship with the customer after about six months
