Facility Manager – Technical Real Estate Management (m/f/d)

For a capital-intensive, growing real estate company, we are looking for a technical property manager (m/w/d) for the support of our own office real estate stock as part of the direct personnel exchange. In this position, you assume the technical responsibility for several objects, coordinate service providers and ensure smooth operation as well as the sustainable development of the real estate.

Technical contact for tenants, service providers, authorities and owners Regular object visits including digital logging and action tracking Control of maintenance and repair measures on technical and construction equipment Ensuring compliance with technical, legal and insurance-relevant requirements Selection, assignment and control of external service providers incl. Initial assessment and insurance processing

Technical studies (e.g. facility management, civil engineering) or technical training with relevant professional experience First professional experience in technical real estate management or facility/object management Basic knowledge of project management and the management of external service providers Structured, independent mode of operation with a pronounced service orientation Secure handling of MS Office (Outlook, Excel); Communication and team skills
