In its new role as a pharmacoordinator, you are responsible for the planning, organisation, supervision, evaluation and documentation of qualifications of the test staff. You work independently as well as in close coordination with your team colleagues. You will demonstrate your creativity in the optimization of internal processes, the creation of fault patterns, test sets and the processing and control of projects. With your ability for precise and accurate working and your good way of expression in word and writing, you support the creation of regulations, reports and process descriptions in English and German. You take over the professional power of instruction, know very well in the cGMP regulations and ensure their compliance. Organisation, implementation and management of training is one of your tasks as well as compliance with the working, environmental and safety guidelines (EHS) in the field.

Complete vocational training in the field of pharmacy with additional training to the master or technician with IHK degree in the field of pharmacy or vocational training with equivalent knowledge and well-founded or acquired professional experience Good PC knowledge in MS Office applications as well as knowledge with IT systems and databases (e.g. SAP BioMES, Vault, GoTrack, LOS) A high quality awareness for the production of human medicines, very good GMP knowledge and compliance with the EHS guidelines in the production environment are expected You like to work in the team, show motivation, willingness to use, flexibility and are characterized by very good communicative skills and initiative You have organisational skills and an independent and responsible way of working Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Standing for offset working hours, work in shift operation and full-continuous shift operation
