Fleet Manager - Freight Forwarding / Logistics / Commercial Vehicles (m/f/d)

You plan, coordinate and monitor maintenance and repair work of the fleet You ensure compliance with statutory audits such as TÜV and other regulations You monitor and control all fleet costs including fuel, maintenance, repairs and spare parts You create budgets, reports and analyses to optimize efficiency You conduct damage management and spear testing You plan and control vehicle use, driver assignment and tour planning You ensure compliance with all legal, safety and quality requirements, such as StVO and Working Time Act You plan the use and training of the driving personnel and carry out driver instructions You use telematics and fleet management systems and continuously optimize processes and digitization in the fleet You communicate closely with our Technology Center and our MRP

You have completed training or studies in the field of logistics, transport management or comparable You ideally have practical experience in the forwarding and logistics industry You have well-founded knowledge in the truck sector, commercial vehicle technology and vehicle management You have a strong technical understanding in the commercial vehicle sector You have a sound knowledge of the legal regulations in transport You work independently, structured and solution-oriented You are safe to use MS Office as well as digital fleet and telematics systems You have a very good communication capability to drivers:inside, management, authorities and external partners:inside You have desirable additional qualifications such as driving licence class B and relevant further training
