We are looking for a Lead Developer (m/w/x) for our IT Development department in the manufacturing environment. In concrete business projects, they design the future and transformation of the IT landscape within the manufacturing or Factory Automation domain. In this technologically exciting environment, you are engaged in the automation of manufacturing processes. This includes manufacturing control systems, material or data logistics applications, software for connecting machines and driverless transport systems.

As a lead developer, you take responsibility for various software products. They verify the technical, functional requirements in direct interaction with solution designers and specialist areas. In addition, you derive from the technical requirements and on the basis of predefined framework conditions of security or governance non-functional requirements for the software. They support the creation of the solution design in the role of technical contact persons (e.g. by technical analysis of applications, databases, data models). On the basis of the Solution Design, you break down the requirements in implementable work ideas and tasks. You organize the complete development process by managing the application backlog and performing various meetings such as Sprint Planning, Daily/Weekly, Refinement. As part of our software support processes, the team supported you in solving incident tickets and service requests from our departments.

a good university degree of computer science, economic informatics, mathematics, (economic) engineering or comparable

practical experience in implementing software development projects as a developer or software architect

Knowledge of modern development and cooperation methods such as Scrum and Kanban, as well as related tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jira)

Depending on the subject focus, you will ideally bring experience in software development in .NET/C#, Java, Angular or Cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure with
