Technicians(m/w/d) 2nd Level Support for Time & Access Control Systems

Your duties

Telephone and written processing of customer requests for dormakaba's own time & access control system MATRIX, in particular in case of fault and repair messages in the technical ticket system Identification of causes of disturbance and elimination of these Technical support for sales Monitoring compliance with SLA from customer agreements Parameterization of soft and hardware solutions in the field of time and access control systems Significant documentation of performance Qualified forwarding of unresolved tickets to 3rd level support Communication with the 3rd level support & development Tracking open tickets to the final solution Support for projects

Your profile

A completed training as a mechatronic/electrician/electronic/technician (m/w/d) ideally with the field of system integration or a comparable training with first professional experience Good knowledge of operating systems (Windows), databases and network technology High IT affinity and IT application-oriented skills Interest in technical products in safety technology Communication capability and high customer orientation Responsible, binding and solution-oriented mode of operation Flowing German knowledge and good English skills in word and writing Team spirit, flexibility and reliability
