We are looking for reinforcement in our 8-member team that drives the process digitization of our engineering/PLM processes. NVL operates a modern database-based requirement management based on IBM Doors. The complete process is mapped from customer requirements, cooperation with suppliers, specification production and testing of ships. They are responsible for the application, adaptation and further development of our requirements management processes in individual shipbuilding projects. They support cooperation with suppliers and customers in the exchange of requirements and the specifications created therefrom. You are introducing your findings to further develop the requirements management and system engineering processes of all the Weften of the Lürssen Group and take responsibility. They moderate workshops with customers, project teams and suppliers related to request management.

Completed studies in an engineering field Experience in requirement management - ideally in the context of IBM Doors and/or the associated jazz platform Basic experience in project management and an interdisciplinary process understanding IT affinity and basic programming skills Experience in the application of tools in the PLM or Systems engineering are advantageous Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Team-ready, greedy and communication-strong personality, with creative and solution-oriented tasks
