You are the first contact person for the concerns of our tenants:inside and interested:inside As an employee:in our service centers you build a trust relationship with our tenants:inside, you process both written and telephone requests With a strong team in your back, you make sure that concerns are handled quickly and to the satisfaction of our tenants: To enable you to work effectively and efficiently, various systems are available (e.g. SAP) You process incoming requests (e.g. from our Vonovia tenants:in app or other social media channels) and take care of callback requests You create the interface between our tenants: inside and inside the technical service, and make sure that orders for repairs, disturbances, etc. are distributed. You have the opportunity to receive attractive commissions if you inform our customers about the company's products and services in addition to your core tasks

You already have experience in customer service, e.g. as a customer manager:in or inbound / outbound agent or the like, or as a cross-release:in with completed commercial training a new challenge You are accustomed to finding the right words and a suitable solution at the right moment and also convince by your sympathetic appearance Your motivation to work in difficult cases is high and you see it as a challenge and are happy when you can offer your support at the end of the day and solve upcoming problems of our tenants: Ideally, besides German, you master English as another language You already know about common office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and are safe to use the PC You already know a flexible working time model / shift system from past activities or you will find interesting
