For our company Stahlbau Engineering GmbH in the field of steel construction with corrosion protection, we are looking for an experienced Safety Health & Environment Manager (m/w/d).

Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal standards (including EMAS, ISO) Application as a specialist for occupational safety (SiFa) according to § 6 ASiG and DGUV V2 Monitoring the implementation of SHE measures and monitoring of action plans Risk assessment and sustainable risk mitigation measures Planning, coordination and implementation of internal and external audits Training and awareness of employees in cooperation with environmental protection and quality Definition and implementation of corrective and preventive measures Creation of reports and policy bases for national and international management, location-related SHE reporting, including at group level, and documentation (e.g. environmental reports, accident evaluations and regulatory requirements) Advice and support of executives and departments in all SHE-relevant topics awareness and further development of the SHE and environmental awareness of all employees Close cooperation with authorities, professional associations, business physician and the works council

Technical studies with SHE reference, e.g. engineering or mechanical engineering or comparable training with relevant professional experience Completed training as a specialist for occupational safety (SiFa according to §7 ASiG) (m/w/d) and relevant professional experience Finding knowledge and practical experience in building or maintaining integrated management systems (e.g. EMAS, ISO) desired Experience in performing audits of advantage Very good knowledge of legal regulations in the SHE field Very good English skills in word and writing Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Intercultural competence and team skills Occasionally readiness to travel
