Technical Project Manager and Planner Building Equipment (m/f/d)

Design, development and development of complex and energy-efficient building technology projects for future-oriented and sustainable new and remodeling, e.g. in the hospital, pharmaceutical or food sector Own-sponsored management and control of HKLS projects over all performance phases (LPH 1–9 HOAI) Coordination of planning with project participants Initiation and implementation of technological developments Creation and testing of technical concepts, performance directories, offers and tender documents Monitoring of construction design, technical clarification and quality assurance Implementation of project management with focus on time and cost control Responsibility for compliance with relevant standards, regulations and safety standards (e.g. VDI, DIN, VOB) Close cooperation in the interdisciplinary team with architects and engineers

Graduate degree in the field of supply technology or a degree course with a focus on TGA; as an alternative training and further training as a master or technician (m/w/d) in the field of supply technology and focus on TGA Professional experience in planning and processing of construction projects and the technical design and specification of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary systems Use of relevant software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, AVA software) Consistent with the performance phases of HOAI, VOB and relevant technical standards (VDI/DIN) Willingness to further education (e.g. BIM, energy management) Communication strength in handling customers, contractors and consultants readiness to travel (day trips in the south of Germany and Austria)
