Lead Manager Finance Transformation (m/f/d)

Establishment, control and further development of the finance transformation program including definition of finance target architecture and roadmap in coordination with the PPE controlling, accounting & risk and the CFO Head of strategic transformation and change initiatives, professional leadership of employees:inside and managing special projects and executive priorities of the CFO Optimization and harmonisation of central finance processes and further development of governance, reporting and control models Management of digitalization and automation initiatives in close cooperation with finance, IT, operations and external partners Preparation of decision documents for Executive Management and Board levels as well as stakeholder management at senior management and C level

Multiannual experience in finance transformation, strategy consulting or finance leadership as well as demonstrable success in building and managing complex transformation programs Deep understanding of modern finance operating models and finance technologies coupled with the ability to translate strategic concepts into concrete implementations High analytical and conceptual competence, hands-on mentality and experience in collaboration with CFOs and senior leadership teams Very good knowledge of German and English, sovereign appearance (also on executive levels), convincing communication skills, pronounced team spirit, flexibility and implementation and change skills High level of self-responsibility, autonomy and negotiation skills in complex situations, coupled with leadership, loyalty, joy at the team: in-house and the willingness to develop new planning and work approaches, to put them into practice and to accompany teams
