Hegro Eichler GmbH as a company of the igefa SE & Co. KG is looking for a material processing in operational purchasing / goods dispatcher (m/w/d) at the Erfurt site in parttime (36 hours per week). Own implementation of orders taking into account optimal inventory levels in our goods industry Verification of order confirmations, prices and receipt of goods Analysis of invoice and inventory differences Supply collection of suppliers and active cooperation with our industrial partners Monitoring of current stocks and delivery dates Complaint processing and overstock management

Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification First professional experience in purchasing / disposition Ideally, wholesale industry knowledge Safe handling of MS Office and modern goods management systems negotiating skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working, also under term printing
