For the performance of our compliance and money laundering function, we are looking for an agent for compliance and money laundering (m/w/d) in a responsible function with direct connection to the Executive Board. Your duties You take over the function of the Compliance Officer after MaComp and MaRisk and the Deputy Money Laundering Officer. You advise the Executive Board and the employees in all relevant compliance matters and are available as a competent contact person. You carry out control, monitoring and audit activities independently and risk-oriented. You assess relevant facts and derive necessary measures from them. You contribute to the further development and optimization of the processes and structures in the administration. You follow regulatory developments and assess their impact on the savings bank. You work confidently with the relevant internal areas and with the relevant supervisory authorities. Your profile You have a structured and analytical way of working and enjoy the transfer of complex regulatory requirements into clear and practical solutions. In addition, bring: a completed bank training and a further economic or bank-specific qualification, e.g. a degree in economics, a degree as a savings bank/bank business operator (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification, well-founded knowledge and practical experience in the field of compliance and commissioning, good knowledge of the regulatory requirements relevant to the function, in particular MaComp and MaRisk, first experiences in money laundering are desirable, the ability to quickly capture complex facts, to analyze them in a structured manner and to evaluate them in a comprehensible manner, a high degree of sense of responsibility, autonomy and reliability, a safe and binding occurrence and a clear and address-oriented communication, Joy in cooperation with different departments and the Executive Board. Notes on collective bargaining: The enrollment of the enrolled job is expected to be carried out in the 12 TVöD-S pay group depending on the experience and qualification. Depending on the final assignment and the relevant professional experience, an assignment to levels 1 to 6 is regularly considered when hiring. This currently results in a monthly tariff gross entry fee in a range of 4,415,70 euros to 6,900,18 euros. The final grouping is based on the activity to be carried out and the collective bargaining arrangements. In addition to the table fee, further collective wages are granted in accordance with the collective agreements mentioned, in particular an annual special payment or special savings banks payment.
