ProTect Dienst GmbH, based in Frankfurt am Main, is the company-internal service provider of ProTect Versicherung AG, one of the leading B2B insurance companies in the segment of credit protection. We take over both the conception of credit and merit loss insurance as well as other embedded insurance solutions in a rapidly growing market segment, in particular their distribution, management and performance management in and outside the Sparkassen financial group. Both companies belong to the provincial group, one of the ten largest insurance companies in Germany.

This will be your tasks

The strategic direction and further development of the area in coordination with the relevant business manager. You are responsible for building, maintaining and expanding long-term business relations with cooperation partners, in particular with companies from the financial sector. Negotiations and the conclusion of cooperation agreements as well as ensuring regulatory requirements by our partners are also part of your tasks. The close cooperation with product development and the support of the technical and operational product launch (including marketing / training) of common products. You ensure high quality standards in the care of partners and internal processes. The monitoring of relevant KPIs and reporting to the management also falls within your jurisdiction. The further development of the cooperation strategies and the identification of new market and growth potentials completes your task area.

A completed study of economics or in financial and insurance mathematics or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the successful acquisition and support of cooperation partners in the B2B2C model You have already successfully demonstrated your talent as a leader in your previous activities You have experience in the project work paired with a good technical basic understanding and enjoy active networking Embossed communication, motivation and team skills are the same as your own initiative, your aim and the willingness to work.
