With your friendly and competent way, you will advise our end customers, retailers and wholesalers by phone and email. If a customer has questions about our e-bike products, you will help him competently. You delight our customers with your fast and precise order processing. You are ready for a new challenge to always help your customers and inspire them. With our field service you work closely together and give help from the internal service. You occasionally support the team at fairs and events and represent the brand neodrives. With other departments such as customer service and marketing, you work closely together and also create an interface for production and logistics. As a contact person, you are responsible for the complaints of large customers and wrap them up. In cooperation with the sales team, you will set up forecasts as the basis for production planning and purchasing.

You have completed a commercial training as an industrial businessman or a comparable training. Experiences in the field of sales or customer service are brought with you and you also know yourself with a commodity management system. You are engaged, communicative and speak fluent German and English. You are characterized by contact strength and enthusiasm for sporty products and you want to introduce these qualities at trade fairs and events. Customer orientation is your first priority and it is fun to support customers, advise them and take responsibility. Ideally you bring technical product knowledge and interest yourself in the bike/e-bike sector. With your digital affinity, you know MS-Office and quickly learn new programs.
