You support us with: You conduct the individual profiling talks and, together with the participants, create a sustainable, realistic activation strategy. In the first two weeks of participation, You build a trusting cooperation and create an open, value-adding atmosphere of conversation. You accompany the application workshop, support the creation of professional application documents and advise on search paths and the use of the portal of the Federal Agency for Labour. You organize and maintain operational tests, evaluate them together with the participants and initiate a new application process if necessary. You recognize switching barriers early and develop customised solutions. You document the results of your work comprehensible and create the integration plan as a basis for further case management by the Jobcenter. You use digital media and teaching/learning concepts in a targeted manner, including in the context of local coaching aspects. You participate in weekly team meetings and collegial case consultations and exchange regularly with the job center.

Completed vocational training or completion of studies (technical suitability within the meaning of the service description).

Embossed communication skills, social competence and empathy in dealing with different target groups and cultures.

Knowledge and ideally experience in application coaching as well as in the personnel selection systems and criteria of companies.

Safe handling of the Internet and the portal of the Federal Employment Agency as well as digital communication media (video telephony, web training, chats).

Knowledge of labour market policy instruments and funding opportunities of SGB II (e.g. AVGS, AGH, promotion according to §§ 16, 16e/i, 16k, 16c SGB II) are desirable or are built up as part of the incorporation as required.

Empathic understanding of the special situation of people with disabilities in the sense of an interplay between individual and environment.

Motivational ability, contact joy, creativity and team skills.

Immigrant-free extended guidance certificate (required before commencement of work and thereafter every three years).
