You are responsible for the management and further development of facility management and ensure safe, efficient and legally compliant operation of all buildings and technical facilities. You act as a central contact person for all topics in building management within the company. Your tasks include the planning, control and monitoring of the budget as well as the costs of running operations and construction and modernization projects. You are also responsible for contract management, including the selection, control and further development of external service providers and partners taking into account quality, costs and compliance. You coordinate and monitor the maintenance and technical operation of all relevant installations and infrastructures (including heating, ventilation, electric, cranes, lifts and gates). In addition, ensure compliance with all legal requirements, safety, environmental and occupational safety requirements and accompany audits and audits by external bodies (e.g. TÜV, insurance). As an active driver of the continuous optimization of facility management, you analyze consumption and operating data and manage measures to increase efficiency and sustainability. At the same time, you represent the management of construction, infrastructure and modernization projects, coordinate internal and external stakeholders and develop your team and the existing processes strategically.

You have completed their studies or technical training, ideally in the field of facility management, building technology or in a comparable environment. In addition, you will bring 5 - 10 years of relevant professional experience in facility management or in a similar function. You will be able to draw knowledge of the technical building equipment and in adjacent areas such as maintenance, infrastructure and plant operation. In addition, you have experience in handling integrated management systems and ideally have additional qualification in facility management (e.g. GEFMA). You have a strong knowledge of process and risk management and are familiar with the analysis, evaluation and optimization of operations and maintenance processes. Its structured and solution-oriented way of working allows you to safely control and sustainably improve complex topics.
