Your role:

As Head of FP&A, Denmark you will play a key role to drive transformation and financial excellence at our Swedoor Denmark operations. What your impact will be:

Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports, budgets, and forecasts. Translate complex data into actionable insights that align with business strategies. Drive process improvements and develop a high-performing FP&A team. Financial Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial compliance standards, including US GAAP and local GAAP. Collaboration with Accounting: Partner with the Head of Accounting to ensure thorough and accurate accounting practices, backed by financial analysis

What you'll need to succeed Multi-country Experience: Background in a multicultural, manufacturing environment. Financial Acumen: Strong insight into financial drivers and the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Leadership & Relationship Management: A proven track of mentoring teams and influence key relationships. Continuous Improvement Mindset: Capability to challenge the status quo Strong ''can-do'' attitude and understand the business drivers.
