Technical and disciplinary management of the kitchen team Responsibility for the quality and production of the food offer at the level of Schmeck the South 2 lions Organisation of all workflows and processes in kitchen operation using a modern production kitchen Controlling and economic monitoring of the key figures for the kitchen operation specified by the operating line Introduction, development and monitoring of HACCP and quality standards according to operational and legal requirements Construction, development and implementation of efficient and up-to-date supplier management for the kitchen operation Representative tasks inside and outside and ensuring a high quality of service Close exchange and cooperation with the restaurant management and the management Support and implementation of production processes Support of management in the implementation of all measures and processes to achieve the specified objectives and agreements within the meaning of internal and external operational success
