As Projektmanager Spezialmaschinenbau (m/w/d) you are part of Optima Consumer. In the development and production of intelligent turnkey filling and packaging machines for cosmetic and personal care products, you also work with them. Future-oriented, sustainable and flexible.

At Optima Consumer you take responsibility for the project management of our customer orders, starting with the order start up to the successful customer acceptance. Regular reviews and adaptation of project planning ensure compliance with timetables, budgets and quality standards. Under your leadership, you coordinate the internal and external project teams and control the communication to successfully manage technical, commercial and temporal requirements. You continuously monitor the project performance with regard to quality, costs and appointments and regularly update the relevant project key figures within the framework of the project controlling and project reporting and carry out the escalation and action planning independently in case of project-critical deviations. As the main contact partner for our customers in all technical, commercial and organizational questions, you are also responsible for the preparation and negotiation of supplements and changes. You have completed your studies in the field of industrial engineering / mechanical engineering or a similar subject, as an alternative, you have an education with further training as a technician. Thanks to your extensive professional experience, you are experienced in the technical project management. Team skills, self-initiative and a strong organizational talent characterize your work. With your convincing personality and the ability to act independently, you achieve effective results. You are willing to introduce your expertise and your very good knowledge of German and English to our customers during occasional business trips.
