Implementation of established quality concepts and participation in the further development of our quality system Ensuring product and process quality, including support for all production areas in quality topics Analysis, evaluation and processing of customer complaints and product and process deviations as well as initiation and monitoring of corrective and preventive measures Preparation and maintenance of test plans, process descriptions and process instructions Working with the management of product and customer specifications Accompanying internal and external audits Communication with internal and external interfaces Support in the preparation of reports and analyses in the field of quality management Implementation of training and training programmes for our employees to raise awareness of quality requirements

Successfully completed technical training Ideally multi-year professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in the field of packaging and film production Ideal experience in quality and complaint management Experiences and knowledge in the field of hygiene management according to BRCGS (HACCP concept) and ISO 9001 German language skills and good English skills in word and writing High level of initiative, willingness to take responsibility, reliability and strong communication skills IT affinity as well as SAP knowledge and very good MS office skills
