Seminar Management Specialist – Achern (m/f/d)

You create clear structures, keep an overview even at several parallel events and ensure reliable processes. Take responsibility for our seminar management and continuously develop processes and training formats. You plan and organize our presence, online and hybrid seminars independently. You create the annual seminar program and tune needs, content and appointments with the departments. You coordinate lecturers, participants, rooms, technology, catering and service providers. You are responsible for registrations, training documents, documentation and certificates. You keep an eye on dates, budgets and billing. You analyze existing processes, implement improvements and use feedback on quality assurance. You are involved in offerings, orders and marketing our training program.

You think forward-looking, take responsibility and bring topics to completion independently. Existing processes question you constructively and develop suitable solutions: A commercial training or a comparable degree in the field of administration, education or office organization. At least 5 years of professional experience in seminar management or in the organization of educational formats. Impressed organisational strength and ability to keep in mind appointments, participants, documents and service providers in parallel. A strong quality awareness as well as the claim to establish professional and efficient processes in seminar management and to continuously develop them. Digital affinity and safe handling of the common Microsoft Office applications. Communication strength and a competent, binding occurrence to customers, lecturers and service providers. First knowledge in a learning management system (e.g. Moodle) is advantageous.
