Acquisition and support of investors and financing partners in Germany Establishment and development of customer relationships with potential clients of defined real estate products Establishing and maintaining a cross-company relationship management with banks, brokers, project developers and asset managers Control of transaction processes from initial contact to transfer of the projects or Objects Ensuring professional sales control as well as sales documentation in MS Dynamics for investors & partnerships as well as individual projects and products

Successfully completed studies in the field of real estate, business, construction, law or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the acquisition, development and control of real estate projects as well as the distribution of complex products and services Very good market knowledge in southern Germany, in particular Bavaria and/or Baden-Württemberg, as well as an existing network of advantage High self-initiative, willingness to change and entrepreneurial thinking combined with a solution-oriented and targeted approach Representative communication and social competence as well as very good MS Office skills
