CEV Handelsimmobilien GmbH, a subsidiary in the secure environment of the EDEKA Group, is looking for a Senior Asset Manager – Food Retail (m/w/d) and offers you a secure workplace in a successful company in the City Nord in Hamburg. You ensure the commercial support and value optimization of our LEH portfolio (specialised market centres, discounters, supermarkets) You are responsible for a holistic rental management in the LEH area You first plan object and budget planning, business plans as well as cash flow prognoses and monitor target achievement You control the management of our real estate, coordinate the property and facility management activities (internal teams or external partners) and ensure that property quality and budget specifications are adhered to You plan and monitor the maintenance and CAPEX measures (e.g. ESG refurbishments, rent-out buildings) You work closely with fund management, implement the fund strategy at object level and support in on- and sales processes, including due diligence checks

Successfully completed economic studies ideally with a focus on real estate management or a comparable commercial training with an immobility training At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the asset management of institutional real estate investments in the environment of commercial real estate, ideally focusing on commercial real estate / near-supply Multiannual relevant professional experience in the context of regulated real estate funds Knowledge of industrial property law Embossed negotiation and presentation skills High numerical affinity and pronounced analytical thinking
