Customer Service Advisor Loans – Inbound Service (m/f/d)

You are the voice of CHECK24: You answer incoming customer requests about consumer credits by phone and by email – service-oriented and without sales targets You help: You support our customers with initial questions and find a suitable solution for every problem You are introducing yourself: You process and answer customer feedback on different online portals and thus contribute to a high quality of service You are the interface: You work closely with our credit consultants (m/w/d), supports administrative tasks and provide support for queries to use our app

Communication talent: Ideally, you bring first or multi-year experience in customer service, in the telephone customer advice or in comparable service-oriented roles and have very good knowledge of German Service-Mindset: You are solution-oriented and give our customers the feeling of being in the best hands. Also in dynamic situations you keep a cool head Flexibility: You are reliable and value firm working hours between 08:00 and 20:00 on five days a week. Whether full-time or part-time from 30 hours a week (6 hours a day) – together we find a suitable working model Technical Affinity: You can safely move to MS Office and want to work with modern tools Applicants with different professional backgrounds are also welcome – your experience and strength in customer communication is crucial. A completed commercial training is advantageous
