Projektleiterin (m/w/d) – Design and Digital Media Production For our Public Relations department, we are looking for a project managerin (m/w/d) – design and digital media production at the Essen site at the earliest possible time.

Conduct and control of media and design projects – from joint design to high-quality graphical implementation Design and implementation of multimedia content and digital formats using modern media and AI technologies Further development of corporate design and ensuring a consistent brand presence across all media Coordination of internal and external project staff and responsibility for budget, dates and quality standards Optimizing production processes and workflows as well as developing standards for digital media production

Complete Master's degree in Communication Design, Digital Media or Media Production Multiannual professional experience in multimedia media production, design development or digital communication projects Funded knowledge in project management and the management of external service providers as well as experience in the legally compliant use of AI-based media production Ideally experience in designing and implementing AR/VR applications, motion design and sound branding Structured, self-responsive working, strong communication skills, creativity, innovation joy and a high quality awareness

Compensation shall be carried out in accordance with the activity transferred and its material characteristics of activity and the necessary training/vocational qualification in accordance with the contract Wasserwirtschaft NRW (TV-WW/NW) in the remuneration group 12. The specific classification of the level within the remuneration group depends on the relevant professional experience. In addition to the basic tariff remuneration, a tariff variable, performance-oriented premium payment may be granted if the conditions are met.
