Employee Billing (m/f/d)

In this job, everything revolves around the creation of heating and operating costs bills for a fixedly assigned customer group while respecting the legal requirements. You are a contact person (m/w/d) for all questions regarding heating and operating costs for your customer group, in writing, by phone or e-mail. The daily correspondence of and with different contact persons is your daily routine. You work closely with our upstream and downstream departments to find the best solution for the customer.

You have completed a commercial training, with the professional experience we are open, much more important is your personality. You have a very good understanding of numbers and you put a very precise and conscientious way of working. Communication strength through first experiences in the telephone customer communication and an independent and structured way of working are the key. You can quickly work into new topics, think with and make your own suggestions. Not only do you see problems, but you will find the right solutions.
