(Senior) Consultant - Overall Bank Management - Savings Banks and Cooperative Banks (f|m|d)

You have gained first experience in the environment of savings banks or cooperative banks – in the field of expertise or advice – and do you want to further develop your know-how in banking and risk management? Then you're right with us. You support projects for the further development of bank and risk management of savings banks and cooperative banks and take progressive responsibility for individual tasks. Central questions of the overall bank control are handled together in the team – e.g. in profitability management, risk controlling, in risk carrying capacity (ICAAP / MPR), in treasury or in regulatory environment. In cooperation with experienced colleagues, you develop solutions and accompany their implementation with our customers. You participate in the professional implementation of control and risk concepts in banking control systems (e.g. OSPlus, IDH bank control, VR-Control, agree21) and support their integration into processes and organizations. In the further development of integrated control approaches, you actively work with – e.g., on key number systems, end-to-end processes and overarching control logics. You will bring you into the further development of our technical topics and gain first insights into offer and acquisition processes.

Successfully completed studies, e.g. in economics, mathematics, natural sciences or business informatics. First relevant professional experience in the environment of savings banks, cooperative banks, associations or consulting (). Ideally, you bring first knowledge in one of the following areas: bank control, risk control, treasury, regulators or reporting and/or already have points of contact with common banking control systems such as VR Control, agree21, OSPlus or IDH (e.g. MPR, GBS, CPV). Analytical thinking, fun in complex issues and the ability to work in new topics structuredly. Very good German knowledge (at least C1 level, safe to negotiate) and good English knowledge (at least B2 level, fluent) in word and writing.
