In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a consultant for personnel development (m/w/d) with a focus on training. The roll contains approx. 50% of the responsibility for commercial training and in the role of a business partner also the overriding coordination and support of all training areas. The further capacity flows into exciting operational tasks in personnel development. You bring expertise in training and personnel development and are delighted to accompany people on their way to their professional life and to actively shape the future of MEIKO: Education: active participation in the strategic further development of our training and dual courses of study to ensure high quality of training technical coordination of trainers and instructors as well as executives as a central contact person about training disciplinary responsibility for all commercial trainees and dual students, including the organisation of the schedule, support in exam preparation, and assessment of performance and potential close cooperation with schools, the IHK, the DHBW and other educational partners as well as organisation and implementation of training fairs and various events Personnel development: conceptual development and implementation of modern personnel development measures and cooperation in various topics, such as building a global talent management and succession planning Conception and control of training and development services, also in cooperation with our MEIKO Academy Advising executives in developing our talents

a successfully completed study with a focus on staff or completed vocational training with relevant continuing training in adult education or personnel development Professional experience in the care of trainees / dual students as well as in the design and implementation of programmes in the development of staff the AEVO certificate well-founded knowledge of the relevant legal and organisational frameworks of vocational training and dual studies a high level of self-initiative as well as team skills strong organisational strength, especially in the planning and implementation of events, projects and coordination with internal and external partners the willingness to become active even in detail convincing, appreciative appearance and the ability to inspire others for modern training and personnel development
