Plant shift supervisor (m/f/d)

Your tasks: Responsible leadership of the production staff and the working foreman of a shift across departments for the entire production area at the Halle plant (logistics, extrusion, printing, incl. Sticker egg, lamination, roll cut) Ensuring company success through the implementation of productivity and quality objectives (KPIs) and ensuring process consistency through compliance with the standards of production processes Proper documentation of operating performance and complete disclosure of all necessary information to the Heads of Division Ensure legal, occupational and economic plant operation Communication of departmental, factory and business goals to employees strategic further development of the professional and personal competences of employees in consultation with the department managers as well as maintenance of the necessary qualifications (qualification matrix) close contact with the production staff by using the same 3-layer system Ensure pause discipline Cross-departmental personnel deployment planning on shift for short-term outages or changed needs with the aim of ensuring maximum possible human equipment availability Considering the requirements and priorities of order planning Implementation of shift transfers and participation in fixed production rounds Problem analysis using Lean Management Tools (e.g. Kaizen, SMED, RCA) Your profile: Continuing training for master/technician desirable good technical understanding strong leadership personality with enthusiasm and respect for the responsible role as leadership high reliability, readiness to use, communication and enforcement as well as an independent and structured manner of operation Drivers and converters of constant changes and further developments in production areas strong understanding of quality and customer orientation problem-solving work, basic knowledge about Lean Management Tools desirable Knowledge of EDV (MS-Office software, SAP basic knowledge, DACO) is used in the 3-layer system from Monday to Friday; Late and night shifts are priority to occupy
