In our social-therapeutic youth community, eight young people from 16 years of age live who are looking for a stationary stay due to psychological stress stability and perspective. In two small residential groups in a lovingly furnished house in the Bremer Neustadt you will learn everyday life, relationship and professional accompaniment at eye level. Our team combines pedagogical competence with therapeutic understanding. We give hold – through reliability, relationship and a clear attitude. With its individual needs, resources and goals of life, the human being is always at the centre of attention. You accompany the young people in everyday life and are professionally and empirically associated with them in personal development, crisis situations and transitions. You design individual and group offers with educational-therapeutic requirements and develop creative, resource-oriented forms of support. Design a flexible schedule (incl. willingness to call at night) that ensures reliable care on seven days a week. You document your work professionally and actively participate in professional reflection processes in the team. You use the mobile telephone to stay in touch with the young people, colleagues and network partners. You take responsibility for the conscientious implementation of child protection standards.
