In this exciting position you are the link between technology and man. They support customers as the first point of contact with all technical questions and ensure that their IT environment always works optimally.

Your tasks: • Customer support in technical enquiries and problems • Installations, maintenance and repairs on site • Analysis and elimination of hardware and software problems • Documentation and tracking of support requests in a Troubleticket system • Management of user accounts and access rights in Active Directory • User support in the use of software and IT systems • Participation in network setup and maintenance • Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and instructions

Your qualifications: • Completed IT training, for example as a specialist informant (m/w/d) for

• Practical experience and sound knowledge of Windows 7 and 10 operating systems • Versified handling of current MS Office applications and Microsoft Office 365 • Safe handling of a professional trouble ticket system for efficient Processing of support requests • Basic knowledge in networking and knowledge in ITIL V3 processes • Very good knowledge of German (at least C1)
