Analysis, development and support of digital clinical processes in the course of treatment Close cooperation with care, medical services, IT and administration for user-oriented digitalization Parameterization and further development of the hospital information system ORBIS Support for digitalization in the daily station (e.g. business, day planning, release management) Participation in projects to introduce new technologies, including AI applications Training and support of employees, co-design of IT failure and training concepts Active role in the digital strategy and process optimization of the house

Completed medical / nursing training or studies in health care, e.g. nursing science, medical computer science, etc. Multiannual professional experience in the hospital, ideally in clinical processes Embossed affinity for digital processes, IT systems and clinical documentation knowledge of ORBIS or willingness to incorporate and participate in parameterization Communication strength, interdisciplinary thinking and organisational skills Remarkable: knowledge in project or change management, first experience with KIS adaptations or programming skills
