Senior Group Controller (m/f/d)

You act as the contact person of the Board of Management of ADAC SE in all business matters and for future-oriented control You are responsible for the content and implementation of ADAC SE planning processes (strategic planning, medium-term planning, budget planning, forecasts). In doing so, you set the methodical framework, tax the processes and carry out the planning claws You are responsible for the creation and further development of the reporting system (KPI definition, report layout, development of digital selfservices/ Dashboards) and in this context you are taxing external service providers You actively support ensuring high data quality and consistency in reporting You are responsible for ADAC SE's end-of-year management in close coordination with other areas (finance, taxes, operational controlling) You coordinate the regular performance dialogues with the subsidiaries of ADAC SE, develop this methodically and support their preparation You will prepare decision-making templates and presentations for Executive Board, Supervisory Board and other bodies You analyze and evaluate complex facts from an economic perspective You guide projects on the methodological and process development of the controlling You are contact person for auditors, among others, on issues of budget and medium-term planning, plan-actual deviations and internal performance accounting

You have a master's degree in Business Administration, Economics or Comparative Qualification You have several years of professional experience in group controlling, auditing, or management consulting Finding knowledge of integrated financial planning, reporting and key-number-based control You can communicate complex content clearly, structured and address-oriented You are safe in handling data models and analyses as well as in using MS Office, SAP CO and modern reporting tools (SAP Analytics Cloud desirable) You have a great enthusiasm for digitalization, automation and process optimisation and professionally aspire with the necessary hands-on mentality You have a strong analytical mindset, can quickly incorporate yourself into new topics and desires solution-oriented You are a motivated team player who likes to take responsibility, drive things proactively and is high-reacting You are flexible, reliable and communicative and have fun at work in a dynamic and interdisciplinary environment Your high readiness and willingness to learn
