Support and ensure smooth operation of the IT infrastructure Analysis and correction of technical problems Contact for external IT service providers Support and advice of employees in IT issues and problems Ensuring fast and competent IT support Close cooperation with the development team to optimize existing software Participation in the development of software solutions Conducting new program functions Introducing improvements to quality assurance

Complete training as a specialist in system integration or study of computer science or comparable qualification Found basic knowledge of system administration and first practical experience in IT support Good analytical skills, problem-solving orientation and structured working High team and communication capability as well as pronounced abstraction capability Knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office, ideally also with experience in DATEV applications – both from the administration perspective and as a user as well as experience with cloud technologies Network and IT security of advantage Interest in software development and the willingness to work continuously into new technologies and software tools High discretion and loyalty in handling confidential and sensitive information
