You accompany each child attentively and individually on his personal development path. With commitment, you will get into the design of the group everyday and create a loving, safe and inspiring learning environment. An open, valuable and trusting cooperation with parents and guardians is a natural part of your educational work. In addition, you actively participate in meetings of services and contribute to the further development of our pedagogical concepts.

A completed training as a state-recognized educator or equivalent qualification according to HKJGB forms the technical basis of your work. With joy and commitment you accompany children in their individual development and create education creatively and lively in everyday educational life.
