Your profile

• You have a degree in social education (m/w/d), health education (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
• Your communication skills include a broad spectrum and your approach is sensitive and accessible
• In challenging situations, you stand a “cool head”, continue to deal with conflicts and manage them with finesse

Your tasks

• You are responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of educational offers
• You accompany and support the children in their individual development
• Depending on the location of use, you will explore new horizons in the social space together with the children, through the introduction of inspiring game ideas, ways of action and projects in the field of language promotion and movement education.
• Ggf. also includes the preparation of food, the care of homework and the project work among your tasks
• You show strength in challenging moments, meet expert decisions and ensure the safety of children
