As a consultant for export control/outdoor business law (m/w/d), you contribute significantly to the legal execution of all customs and external processes in the company and work closely with the internal departments, authorities and external partners. Your tasks: Application, administration, traceability, modification, extension and monitoring of authorisations and other communications Monitoring of import and export operations incl. Assessment, approval and documentation of all transactions relating to export control law (DE/EU/US) Support in the creation and transmission of customs declarations verification of customs documents and monitoring and tracking of customs operations Cooperation with the competent approval authorities (e.g. BAFA, customs offices, etc.) Exhibition and collection of final declarations and import certificates as well as monitoring and fulfilling regulatory provisions Monitoring of boycott and penalty lists, as well as coordination with relevant departments (e.g. compliance) in case of suspected cases Participation in the preparation and monitoring of administrative checks (e.g. external audits) Promoting digitalization in the field (including improvements in data quality, support in the continuous development of digital processes, establishing IT solutions)

Complete study of the business economy or comparable Professional experience in external economic practice in a technical company or in a corresponding area in management consulting Experience in the field of military technology and good product knowledge of military goods Knowledge in the field of external economic law, customs law and export control processes and tools Knowledge of Atlassian Tool Chain, SAP GTS, SAP Module MM and MS Office English knowledge in word and writing Quick understanding and analytical thinking and high IT affinity readiness to travel
