Support for users worldwide with problems and questions in 1st and 2nd level SAP support Preparation and documentation of business processes and new solutions for the user community Training of users for SAP processes Implementation of specific adaptations and functional extensions and support in the creation of technical concepts and the implementation of change requests Documentation after incorporation, first-time creation of simple developer specifications Support and further development of the area including relevant functional extensions in support function

Affinity for business economic topics and willingness to continue to familiarise yourself with SAP in order to take the next step towards IT and solve user problems in SAP Good team and communication skills High readiness for use, results-oriented operation Ability to manage and prioritize multiple activities in a rapidly changing global system environment Successfully completed vocational training or study of economics in the field of supply chain or a related function Ideally first professional experience in one of the above areas, ideally as a key user/super user for SAP Business English, other foreign language skills are of advantage
