You bring an AI-first perspective into large transformation programs, such as SAP S/4HANA migrations or the introduction of ServiceNow and identify new potentials for efficiency, quality and automation. As part of an agile development team, you develop, prototype and implement AI solutions for identified applications. You integrate modern AI technologies such as LLMs, intelligent automation or agent-based systems into ongoing transformation initiatives. You evaluate feasibility and effort, distinguish clearly between quickly realizable, technically possible and complex – and make this assessment transparent to stakeholders. You keep an eye on current AI trends and bring new ideas into the transformation landscape of enercity.

You will bring a completed master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable discipline. A strong interest in artificial intelligence and automation as well as current knowledge on topics such as GenAI, NLP, process automation, intelligent testing or digital learning are the key to you. You are familiar with cloud environments, especially Azure. Experience in building AI agents in low-code environments (e.g. Power Platform, n8n) as well as in pro-code setups belongs to your profile. Ideally, you have already worked in large IT or business transformation projects, for example in the context of ERP systems such as SAP. Your analytical, conceptual and communicative skills allow you to convey complex AI topics clearly, structured and convincingly. Curiosity, initiative and a strong commitment are driving you to translate potentials into real business impact.
