Corporate Controller (m/f/d)

To strengthen the controlling team, we are looking for an experienced personality that, as a corporate controller (m/w/d), ensures the economic performance of the product segment “Polymer Industries” and the associated production plant. Analysis and control of segment results, balance sheets and forecast data. Support in creating business plans and medium-term planning. Consultation and support of the controllers in the participations in analyses and action implementations. Identification of significant deviations and initiation and follow-up of countermeasures. Implementation of business benchmarks for works and margin and contribution analyses. Regular plan-actual analyses at work level and development of countermeasures. Create regular performance reports for the production site. Sparring partner for factory management and department managers in business matters. Participation in monthly and annual accounts and responsibility for planning and forecasting. Implementation of ad hoc analyses for decision support. Planning, reporting and analysis of the group's investment activities (planning, actual, forecast). Coordination of the approval process for investments under internal guidelines. Examination or support in economic calculations of planned investment projects. Initiation and pursuit of measures to optimize investment activities.

Successfully completed study of economics with a focus on controlling or finance. Multiannual experience in production, segment or investment controlling, ideally in a manufacturing company or the automotive industry. Funded knowledge in planning, budgeting, forecasting and plan-actual deviation analyses. Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), ERP systems and BI systems German and English knowledge in word and writing Analytical skills for the preparation of complex issues for management. Hands-on mentality with entrepreneurial thinking and structured working.
