As a specialist building manager (m/w/d) TGA / Supply Technology you actively shape the energetic and technical future of new school buildings and the revitalization of existing educational and existing properties. Together with our interdisciplinary project team, you take responsibility for the building equipment – from planning to handover. What you are moving with us: Construction management: You take over the independent management of the TGA plants Heating, Ventilation, Sanitation and Climate Technology at our construction sites – from the modern school campus to the listed property. Quality & timing in mind: You control and monitor dates, quality and costs – with high care and the need to implement sustainable solutions. Partner selection with a wide view: You participate in the selection, commissioning and coordination of external specialist companies – and ensure smooth operations at the construction site. Clear in the billing: You support the billing of the works and ensure transparent documentation. Teamplay & Technology Understanding: You work closely with the project and construction management and bring your technical expertise into practice. Contact person with competence: Even after the handover, you will remain an expert contact for our customers – especially during the warranty period.

Successfully completed training (with technical/master degree) or studies in the fields of supply technology, building technology, SHK, HLSK, HKLS or a comparable qualification Experience in the construction management of TGA structures, preferably in turnkey construction Knowledge in VOB, HOAI, relevant standards and technical regulations Safe handling of industry-standard software and tools such as BIM 360, TGA-calculation software or digital building daybooks Enthusiasm for sustainable educational institutions Structured and independent working and communication strength and team spirit We are looking forward to applicants (m/w/d), who bring curiosity, enthusiasm and first practical experience or application knowledge – in particular in the areas of lean management, timing and BIM 360 (including documentation and reporting).
