Internship in marketing with a focus on sustainability management

Over the past 1.5 years, nawisio has developed and successfully piloted a scientifically-funded sustainability management solution for corporate customers in the Sparkassen financial group. The aim is to support corporate customers in the transformation to a sustainable economic approach. We are currently in the middle of the roll-out process to provide the solution to the savings banks and their corporate customers. At the same time, we are constantly developing the solution. For the roll-out and further development of the software solution, we are looking for your support for the following topics: You plan, create and optimize target group-oriented content for website, newsletter and social media. You edit and write texts for various marketing and communication tools such as flyers, factsheets, sample letters or presentations . You accompany the preparation and preparation of important customer appointments. You coordinate accompanying measures such as product presentations, webinars or training and then analyze the results to document them in the CRM system. You support continuous improvement of internal processes. You work closely with our internal marketing team and gain comprehensive insights into product management, consulting and sales – with space to deepen your own interests. From Day 1, you are a real part of our interdisciplinary team and work closely with sustainability experts:inside, product managers:inside, IT experts:inside, expert advisers:inside, customers:in order to convince the customers and to successfully roll out the platform in the Sparkassen financial group. Our cooperation can take place both virtually and at the Stuttgart site.

Studies in Economics/BWL/Sustainability or a comparable degree programme Ideally, you have first experiences in sustainability management, materiality analysis, ESG rating and sustainable finance, project management, digital business models, startups & innovative product solutions You ideally have six months for your internship Through your sovereign appearance, cooperation with people at different hierarchical levels as well as with customers: no problem for you You work independently with digital tools (e.g. Miro, ServiceNow) and are happy to help you develop concepts or new solutions.
