Error diagnosis with modern diagnostic devices and systematic cause analysis Maintenance and inspection work according to manufacturer specifications (service intervals, safety checks) Repair and replacement of defective components such as motor, transmission, braking systems, suspension, axles, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, vehicle electronics Service work such as oil and filter change, tyre assembly, brake service, axle settings Assembly of subassemblies, systems and prototype parts (e.g. in case of rebuilds or retrofits) Testing of machinery and equipment according to operational safety regulation Documentation of all work done (work orders, repair reports, service logs) Compliance with safety regulations (work protection, high-voltage safety), environmental standards (e.g. disposal of old oil) and quality guidelines in the workshop Retrofitting of accessories on customer's request General workshop activities and support in the repair of trailers

Complete training as a KFZ mechatronic/NFZ mechatronic with experience of light NFZ or equivalent professional experience at light NFZ! Experience and expertise of light commercial vehicles up to 3.5t Careful, independent and structured working and team spirit driving licence class B German at least. Level B2
