The clinics for children's and youth psychiatry, psychotherapy and psychosomatics provide a wide range of children's and youth mental disorders at several locations in Berlin (Friedrichshain, Neukölln, Köpenick and Urban). With a total of 65 stationary beds, 79 semi-stationary places and three institute collective clinics, we offer modern diagnostics and therapy – supplemented by specialized focus offers such as binding disorders, psychosomatics, trauma, sexual medicine and dependency diseases in childhood and youth. In addition, we are active in several scientific projects and cooperate closely with regional and national partners. You can choose from the following areas when filling out the application form: Station 8.11 – Dependency Diseases (Youth): 16 treatment sites; support for young people with substance abuse or dependency; Promoting everyday management through nursing group therapies, reference care talks and structural work Station 8.12 – Intensive Treatment Station (Jugendliche 13 – 18 J.): 14 treatment sites; accompanying young people in acute psychiatric crises according to Safewards principles; Support for medical-therapeutic treatment as well as everyday structuring and employment opportunities Station 8.21 – Children's station (6 – 14 J.): 15 treatment sites; care during psychiatric diagnosis and therapy; Promoting stabilisation and development through individual psychiatric care and educational offers Station 8.22 – Psychosomatic Station (Jugendliche 13 – 18 J.): 16 treatment sites; Treatment of psychosomatic diseases (including eating disorders) with individual therapeutic approaches and multiprofessional accompaniment

Responsible planning, implementation and evaluation of the care process as part of the reference care Nursing and pedagogical support and activation of young patients throughout the entire treatment process Promoting interests and competencies in the context of psychiatric disorders with age and development phases Communication of security in mental stress and crisis situations as well as appraisal support in the daily life of the station Cooperation with other professional groups and participation in the further development of station and care concepts
